China AI chipmaker Moore Threads is cutting jobs after being blacklisted by the US. Cloud Software Group, the owner of enterprise-software brand Citrix, plans to cease all new business transactions in China, including Hong Kong, due to rising costs. This move follows other US tech companies withdrawing or shrinking their operations in China over national-security and data-related concerns.
