Vince Gilligan, the creator of "Breaking Bad," has dismissed the idea of a spinoff centered on Walter Jr. becoming an "Albuquerque crime lord," stating that he has no interest in seeing that happen. However, he did mention that he is not completely ruling out the possibility of another spinoff in the future. Gilligan also expressed his skepticism towards AI, calling it "a lot of horsesh*t" and criticizing the idea of AI and ChatGPT replacing creative writers. He reflected on some of the decisions made during the making of "Breaking Bad," including the one thing he would change about the series finale, which is Aaron Paul's teeth being "too damn perfect." Gilligan also discussed his favorite unsung moments of the show and the "dumbest thing" he did while making it. Furthermore, he revealed that his next series will be a mild sci-fi set in Albuquerque, but without crime or meth. The series will feature Rhea Seehorn, who played a different character in "Better Call Saul."
