Sofia Coppola, director of the film 'Priscilla', revealed in an interview with Rolling Stone that she passed on directing the final 'Twilight' film due to the 'weird' imprinting-werewolf storyline and the inclusion of a baby. She also mentioned that the last film in the franchise went 'really far out'. Coppola had a meeting for the project but it never progressed further. She also turned down a live-action version of 'The Little Mermaid' after an executive questioned its appeal to a 35-year-old male audience.
