Russian Captain of Solong Arrested for Manslaughter After Crashing into U.S. Tanker Carrying Jet Fuel

British police arrested the 59-year-old captain of the cargo ship Solong on suspicion of gross negligence manslaughter following a collision with the U.S.-flagged tanker Stena Immaculate in the North Sea.
