Malcolm LaVergne, the longtime attorney of O.J. Simpson based in Las Vegas, has initiated probate proceedings for Simpson's estate. LaVergne filed a petition on Wednesday afternoon to appoint himself as the special administrator of the estate. Additionally, Blackrock Legal, operated by former Utah State Aggies in Las Vegas, announced their involvement in managing Simpson's estate. The executor also extended an invitation to the Goldman and Brown families to attend the probate meeting, although no assurances were made regarding financial compensation from the estate.
