Montreal-founded PornHub Parent Company MindGeek/Aylo Faces U.S. Criminal Investigation in Eastern District of New York

Montreal-founded company behind PornHub, now known as MindGeek/Aylo, is facing a U.S. federal criminal investigation by the Eastern District of New York. The investigation is related to allegations of knowingly and intentionally engaging in transactions to profit from sex trafficking. Sufficient evidence has been found to bring criminal charges, and the company is attempting to evade prosecution. This development follows a lawsuit against the renamed PornHub parent company, MindGeek, and the National Center on Sexual Exploitation's project added to charitable donations by Spruce Point.
