The Premier League has released its club revenue distributions for the 2022-23 season, with Manchester City leading the earnings at £176.2 million for winning the league, an increase of £23 million from the previous year. The revenue distribution figures show that Arsenal followed closely with £172 million, Manchester United with £168 million, and Newcastle United with £164 million. The lower end of the scale included Leicester City with £114 million, Leeds United with £112 million, and Southampton with £104 million. The earnings reflect a 1.7:1 revenue split from the top to the bottom club. Parachute payments are set at £43.6 million for the first year, £35.6 million for the second, and £15.8 million for the third. TV appearances also contributed to revenue, with Manchester City being shown 29 times and earning an additional £25.3 million, while AFC Bournemouth appeared 11 times, bringing in £10.2 million.
