Accounting officers failing to remit pension contributions will be held personally liable. MPs have also criticized government spending priorities, highlighting that capitation funds for students have not been disbursed while Ksh. 500 million was donated to the Grammy Awards, where no Kenyan participated. Treasury assurances indicate that NG-CDF funds will be released to address the ongoing issues.
