Wow. Just finished the “Beckham” documentary on Netflix. Really, really good. 100% recommend it. And, man, if you thought New York tabloids and fans were tough… holy shit. The stuff Becks and his family had to endure in the UK after that red card in the World Cup. My god.

Beckham Netflix Doc is incredible
Slightly off topic, but I’m really enjoying the Netflix documentary about David Beckham. Absolutely brilliant. A legendary footballer but equally an amazing person. https://t.co/0NiOmkBk7j
Watched the David Beckham documentary on Netflix. Well worth a look. I’m not a huge football (soccer) fan but I thought it was brilliantly done and his story/setbacks/success are riveting. Seems like a good bloke.
I’m watching the David Beckham doc on @Netflix. I don’t know anything about football except I hated playing soccer as a kid; the boys on the team were boorish. But it’s inspiring. And shocking how brutally England treated him after he red carded at the World Cup. Good grief!

Even if you call football “soccer” like this ugly American, Netflix‘s “Beckham” may be a docuseries for you. https://t.co/GpTXovgy5I
The Beckham Netflix show was excellent. Can’t believe how brutal English people and media can be to their own athletes.

The Beckham documentary on Netflix is just so charming. So many good moments, including Gary Neville getting roasted by some random Londoners for wearing a smart Burberry hoodie 😭
