Audacy, a major radio broadcaster, has announced layoffs at its Pineapple Street Studios podcast division, cutting approximately 25% of its staff, which equates to around 12 roles. This move comes as the company reorganizes under US bankruptcy court, following its recent filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy earlier this month. The layoffs at Pineapple Street Studios follow previous staff reductions at another of Audacy's podcast studios, Cadence13.
