Truth Social Files S-1 for Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF With 75% BTC, 25% ETH Allocation, Plans NYSE Arca Listing

Truth Social, the social media platform affiliated with former President Donald Trump and part of Trump Media and Technology Group, has filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to launch a combined Bitcoin and Ethereum exchange-traded fund (ETF) named the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF (ticker: B.T.). The filing was submitted on June 16, 2025, in the form of an S-1 registration statement. The ETF is sponsored by Yorkville America Digital, LLC and aims to allocate 75% of its holdings to Bitcoin and 25% to Ethereum.

The fund is proposed to be listed and traded on the NYSE Arca exchange, pending approval of a rule change filed by NYSE Arca with the SEC under File No. SR-NYSEARCA-2025-45. The listing on NYSE Arca is a critical step toward the ETF's launch, which is anticipated later in 2025. This move represents an expansion of Trump Media's cryptocurrency investment ambitions, following a previous solo Bitcoin ETF filing. Additionally, Tuttle Capital Management has filed amendments to go post-effective on July 16, 2025, for a series of leveraged crypto and meme ETFs, including one linked to Trump, signaling growing activity in crypto-related ETFs in the market.
