Wanda Poltawska, a Holocaust survivor who sought spiritual help after the war and became a lifelong friend of Pope John Paul II, has passed away at the age of 101. In the years leading up to World War II, thousands of Jews in Italy appealed to the pope and Vatican officials for help. Controversy over Pope Pius XII's silence during the Holocaust has long troubled the Catholic Church. Antisemitism and complicity by silence are highlighted as factors that allowed the Holocaust to happen.
When you learned about the Holocaust as a kid, I bet one of the first things you thought was "How did the German people let this happen?". Partly due to complicity by silence I'm filling your feed with evidence of rampant antisemitism because 90 years ago people said nothing.

Maybe when you started you did it out of good intentions. Maybe you were not aware of the facts. But at this point, ignorance is not an excuse. If you're supporting this, history will judge you, just like the people who allowed the holocaust to happen. It's as simple as that.
