José Luis Ábalos Oversaw Law Before Adif Deputy Director Prepared Jésica Rodríguez’s Ineco Job With 200+ Fake Work Reports

Jésica Rodríguez, the former partner of José Luis Ábalos, was reportedly given a public sector job at Ineco through a process allegedly prepared months in advance by the deputy director of Adif. Evidence shows that Ábalos supervised a law promoting equal treatment in public contracting shortly before Rodríguez's appointment. Despite being officially contracted and submitting over 200 work activity reports to Ineco to register her working hours, Rodríguez admitted before a judge that she did not perform any actual work during her tenure. The Ministry of Transport has submitted 203 such activity reports to the Supreme Court, even though Rodríguez never worked at Ineco.
