13-Year-Old Detained for Alleged Rape of 3-Year-Old in Raipur’s Pandri Area; Congress Forms Inquiry Committee

In Raipur, the capital of Chhattisgarh, a 13-year-old boy has been detained for allegedly raping a three-year-old girl. The incident occurred in the Pandri police station area when the toddler was playing alone outside her house while her parents were taking an afternoon nap. The young victim is currently in intensive care and is in critical condition, unable to speak. In response to the case, the Congress party has formed a seven-member all-women inquiry committee to investigate the matter.
