Ukrainian security services have detained a student who was gathering and relaying information to Moscow about facilities storing toxic substances, potentially to be targeted by Russian strikes. In the UK, a college student from Liverpool and a teenager were separately accused of planning terror attacks, with one intending to kill or injure at least 50 people and the other preparing a terrorist attack to kill at least 50 politicians. The latter was inspired by the Unabomber and became enraged by environmental issues. Both students were found to have collected bomb-making chemicals and written guides on weapons and bombs.
