Keir Starmer, leader of the UK Labour Party, visited an NHS dentist where his kids receive treatment but mentioned that as an adult, he opts for private care. The British Dental Association supports Starmer's pledge to address the crisis in NHS dentistry through urgent reforms.
Starmers big plan only wants to make urgent appointments available oj the NHS. Under Starmers labour you still won't be able to get registered with an NHS Dentist. @Keir_Starmer @abenaopp @WorkersPartyGB @georgegalloway @labour @NHSuk @NHSEnglandLDN @NHSEngland @Conservatives https://t.co/uSDYZoFJt9

Pleased to see @Keir_Starmer saying that if elected he’ll get stuck into fixing NHS dentistry on day one. This crisis is hitting millions. And we are ready to work with any Government willing to show urgency and ambition. 👉 https://t.co/uy6UJBjoMY https://t.co/BsAJArwcby

Keir Starmer: “We’re at an NHS dentist practice, but I’m private because I’m an adult and therefore don’t get it on the NHS. But our kids get NHS dentistry and I believe in it.” Is that quite how it works? Adults can still be on NHS but pay, they pay reduced/subsidised charges?
