Stephen Hughes, a father diagnosed with a rare type of blood cancer in April 2017, and Nathaniel, who battled stage four metastatic bowel cancer, are both running in the London Marathon to raise funds for cancer charities. Stephen hopes to inspire others by participating despite his leukaemia diagnosis and Nathaniel plans to play the trombone while running.
