Recent law enforcement operations across various regions have resulted in significant drug seizures and arrests. In San Francisco's Tenderloin district, the police department, with assistance from the Sheriff's Office and the California National Guard, arrested 60 individuals last week and seized over 258.2 grams of narcotics, including the recovery of two loaded firearms. In a separate operation, 700 pounds of fentanyl were confiscated, leading to 500 arrests since the launch of the SF drug crackdown last year. Additionally, the Polk County Sheriff's Office, collaborating with multiple agencies, arrested four individuals and seized 14 kilograms of fentanyl valued at $3.5 million. Moreover, the DEA charged a man following the confiscation of over $8 million worth of illegal drugs, including fentanyl and heroin. In the UK, a man was jailed after being arrested at a cannabis factory valued at £69K, and another operation led to the bust of £11K worth of heroin and cannabis.
