Museum workers in Liverpool, represented by the PCS Union, have successfully negotiated an improved pay offer after more than 60 days of strike action. The workers, employed at the National Museums Liverpool (NML), voted to accept a one-off £1,200 cost-of-living payment, two extra days of holiday per year, and a 35% discount in museum cafes. This agreement brings an end to the long-running dispute. The resolution has been widely celebrated by PCS union members and supporters, including several MPs who expressed their congratulations.
