Furthermore, a government report indicates that 1 in every 10 U.S. children within the same age range has been diagnosed with ADHD, based on a national sample of almost 240,000 kids born between 2006-12. Notably, the rate among boys is significantly higher, with 1 in 7 (14.5%) now diagnosed with the condition, according to a CDC-led report.
