Electronic Arts (EA) is shutting down Ridgeline Games, a studio co-founded by former Halo developer Marcus Lehto. The single-player part of Battlefield's development will now be handled by Criterion. Some Ridgeline developers will join Ripple Effect to work on an unannounced Battlefield game, as part of EA's significant job cuts.
