Intel has launched the Xeon 6 processor, also known as Sierra Forest, which aims to modernize data centers and tackle enterprise AI workloads. The new Xeon 6 processors, including the Xeon 6780E and Xeon 6766E models, feature 144 E-cores, significantly enhancing power efficiency and freeing up compute capacity and infrastructure for AI projects. These processors are designed for high-density, scale-out workloads, using less power and rack space. Additionally, Intel has introduced the Gaudi 3 processor to further support AI acceleration.
