Check. this. out. A new Depth Detection AI model dropped yesterday and transformers.js lets you run it locally, in the freakin' browser! Ill post a vid tomorrow, but you can see the AI generated depth map in the left corner, which I then use in Three.js https://t.co/kBiQi4iXKl

Depth Anything is now available @huggingface!! A DPT model trained on 62 million images for monocular depth estimation using a clever "data engine" leveraging lots of unlabeled data It can now be used in 3 lines of code! ๐ฅ Demo notebook: https://t.co/gG52yTUSSe https://t.co/h1C59SCXOI

Depth Anything is now available in ๐ค Transformers.js! At just 25M parameters, the small version of the model runs great locally. Here's a demo I created which performs monocular depth estimation directly in your browser (no server needed)! ๐คฏ ๐ Demo: https://t.co/bMKDgkro3y https://t.co/2pZoqqVQVm

Explaining a new state-of-the-art monocular depth estimation model: Depth Anything โจ ๐งถ It has just been integrated in transformers for super-easy use. We compared it against DPTs and benchmarked it as well! You can the usage, benchmark, demos and more below ๐ https://t.co/k1EgRKlo7P

Make any photo Spatial. Take any regular photo, it'll generate the depth map, and then pop out a Spatial Photo for your Vision Pro. This idea has been on & off my radar, but it's finally working quite well. 3D effect isn't very obvious here, not sure my lil shader is behaving https://t.co/Xa0YWqenix
