The firing of Sam, an executive, has left many puzzled as the board has remained silent on the reasons behind the decision. Speculation and frustration have arisen as no clear explanation has been provided, leading to concerns about the board's integrity and decision-making. The interim CEO is also seeking answers and is prepared to leave if clarity is not provided.
first it was "not consistently candid" then "not malfeasance or anything" then "gave two people the same project" it's tuesday and even the interim ceo still doesn't know why they fired sam, and he's leaving if he can't get a straight answer. this smells absolutely rotten.
I wonder if Sam knows why he was fired 😅
When Sam was fired Friday I said "It won't be long before we know what happened" It's Monday and still, nobody seems to have any clue what the board's thinking was. How bizarre. An enormous amount of value was destroyed, and nobody even has a good theory as to why.

It is bonkers that 3 days later, we still have no idea why Sam was fired. What could possibly explain the board's total silence? it might have just been a really bad reason to fire someone that won't hold up under public scrutiny.
Just about everyone underestimated the board and its integrity, and very few thought to seriously consider what they had learned about Sam. Until we find out what that was, and why Sam sought exoneration, I believe that we should give the board some benefit of the doubt.

The number of people simply unable to imagine that the Board acted in a good faith with a legitimate and serious concern boggles my mind. We don’t of course know what happened, but simply dismissing that possibility seems foolish to me, especially given that they were not… https://t.co/Jmg5BmaApe
